Good for you! And for your friend. We maganed to lose the red meat easily enough (well D still fights it every now and then, but the rest of us are committed and after three YEARS, I think we’ve got this part down, LOL) Losing milk was easy. And we love our veganaisse, and vegan cream cheese, and the vegan sour cream is okay.What do you substitute for buttermilk if a recipe calls for it?Cheese, though .Sigh.
